Lactation Support
About the Consultation
Breastfeeding is natural — but that doesn't mean it comes easily. If feeding hurts, your baby isn't latching well, or you're unsure whether your baby is getting enough, you don't have to figure it out alone. As a physiotherapist and lactation counsellor, I offer one-on-one online consultations that are practical, calm and tailored to your baby and your body.
How it helps you
Rather than generic advice, this is a guided, observed consultation — I watch a live feed via video call and give you real-time, specific feedback. Whether you're dealing with pain, supply concerns, pumping confusion, or a baby who feeds constantly and still seems unsettled, we work through it together and build your confidence step by step.
How I can help
Latch assessment and correction, painful feeding and nipple care, low milk supply concerns, switching from formula to exclusive breastfeeding, pumping and mixed feeding guidance, and unsettled or frequently feeding babies. Some situations resolve in one session; others may need follow-up — we decide together based on how you're progressing.

Postpartum Rehab
About
Pregnancy and birth change your body significantly — your core weakens, your posture shifts, your pelvic floor takes a hit. Most mothers focus entirely on the baby and put their own recovery last. My postpartum rehab sessions are designed to change that: structured, one-on-one online sessions that rebuild your strength, ease pain, and help your body recover at a pace it is actually ready for.
How it helps you
This is not a generic fitness class. As a physiotherapist, I assess your specific recovery needs and build a programme around them — addressing core weakness, pelvic floor function, back pain from feeding and carrying, and overall strength. The first session is always an assessment, so you start with a clear picture of where you are and where we're headed.
What is covered
Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, back pain relief, posture correction, and progressive strength building — using a blend of physiotherapy and yoga-based movement. Sessions are approximately 45–55 minutes and build progressively. Home practice between sessions is an essential part of the programme.

Postpartum Wellbeing Sessions
About
The emotional journey of new motherhood is rarely talked about as openly as it deserves. Stress, anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relationship changes, or simply feeling unlike yourself — these are real and valid experiences. I am Dr. Amba, physiotherapist and postgraduate diploma holder in Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I offer a confidential, supportive space where new mothers can explore what they are feeling and build the emotional resilience to move forward.
How it helps you
These sessions are not about quick fixes. They are about understanding your patterns, naming what you are going through, and doing the deeper work of genuine change. Whether you are dealing with postpartum anxiety, low mood, relationship strain, loss of confidence, or simply a sense of being overwhelmed, we work through it at your pace in a calm, non-judgmental space.
What is covered
Postpartum mental health, stress and anxiety, anger management, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence, relationship difficulties, and personal growth through life transitions. Sessions are conducted in English, online, and are completely confidential. Please note that individuals with severe mental health concerns may also benefit from medical support alongside these sessions, and I will always be transparent with you if that applies.
